2024-25 Exhibit and Reception Schedule

These are the tentative dates for Visual Arts exhibits and receptions for the 2024-25 school year.

Studio Selections: This exhibit features works selected by the conservatory faculty. The opening reception is Thursday, September 12 from 5-7 p.m. 

New Works: This exhibit features works of 9-11th grade students. The opening reception is Thursday, October 17 from 5-7 p.m. 

Senior Showcase: This exhibit features senior students and coincides with Senior Showcase. The opening reception is Thursday, November 21 from 5-7 p.m. 

National Arts Honor Society: This exhibit features works by our newest NAHS inductees. The  opening reception is Thursday, December 12 from 5-7 p.m. Applications for NAHS are available in early October. Find out more about the NAHS program.

Senior Shows: All eligible seniors can submit a proposal to show their work in one of the spring senior shows.

• Senior Show #1: The opening reception is Thursday, January 23 from 5-7 p.m. 
  
• Senior Show #2: The opening reception is Thursday, February 20 from 5-7 p.m. 
  
• Senior Show #3: The opening reception is Thursday, March 27 from 5-7 p.m. 
  
• Senior Show #4: The opening reception is Thursday, April 24 from 5-7 p.m. 

Young American Talent: Young American Talent (YAT) is a juried Visual Art Competition for North Texas high school students hosted by the non-profit Visual Arts Guild at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. The awards reception is Thursday, May from 6-8 p.m.
