Welcome to your senior year! 

It's time to sign up for your conservatory headshot. These are not your yearbook photos. These hang on the Visual Arts senior wall outside Mr. Clark's room and are used throughout the year at Portfolio Day, Showcase, senior exhibits, and the senior dinner. Reserve your 10-minute session on Monday, August 25 or Tuesday, August 26. Please do not sign up during an academic class.

You can prepay online or pay in person with cash, check, credit, digital wallet or Venmo (@btwvisualarts).

Parents, if you want to serve on the SAC, fill out an interest form on the PTSA website.

Here's your checklist from the Visual Arts Guild. 

• Create a free account with Membership Toolkit (MTK). We use MTK to manage our website, membership, and newsletter. With an account you can keep track of your membership, access all our newsletters and announcements, sign up to volunteer, and purchase merchandise from the website or the app. And, since all of the guilds and the BTW PTSA use Membership Toolkit, you can move between organizations (even at other schools) with one log on.
   
• Join the guild! We have several membership levels, each with its own perks. All members receive our newsletter and are eligible for grants and scholarships.
  
  
• Sponsor an event. Sponsorships support our monthly exhibits and programs like Young American Talent, Portfolio Day, Senior Showcase, and more.
   
• Make a donation. Every dollar goes directly to supporting our faculty and students.
   
• Bookmark the Visual Arts calendar. It has all the exhibits, receptions and guild meetings, and is updated continuously.
   
• Check out the latest volunteer opportunities.
   
• Register or update your profile with VOLY before volunteering.
   
• Follow the Visual Arts Guild on social media - Facebook, Instagram and Remind (text @btwvaguild to 810810).
