BEFORE PEGASUS PICK UP

If you want to avoid some lines at PPU or you can't make it, you can do some things online now:

  • Join the Visual Arts Guild: Memberships start at $25.
  • Pay the supply fee: The Visual Arts Guild collects a $25 supply fee on behalf of the Visual Arts Conservatory to help ensure classrooms have supplies for the variety of classes available to our students including drawing, painting, fibers, ceramics, jewelry, sculpture, welding, printmaking, 2D and 3D design.
CLASS OF 2026 / SENIORS

Congratulations to Visual Arts senior Roree Marshall on her design for the Class of 2026 t-shirt. Seniors will receive a shirt, compliments of the PTSA's Senior Activities Committee, during Welcome Week.

Senior yearbook photos will be taken on campus July 29 - August 1. Visual Arts seniors will sit for conservatory headshots after we go back to school. Visual Arts conservatory headshots are posted on the senior wall and used throughout the year in social media and at senior exhibits, Showcase, Portfolio Day, and senior dinner.

Senior parents - Mark your calendars for Wednesday, August 13 for a required parent meeting from 6-7:30 at BTW. Visual Arts parents will meet in the Commons.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Pegasus Pick Up - July 30-August 1
Parents and students are encouraged to volunteer to help the Visual Arts Guild during Pegasus Pick Up. Volunteers will man merchandise and membership tables, collect the Visual Arts supply fee, and promote the Visual Arts Guild. Morning and afternoon shifts are available. No experience is necessary. Just bring a charged phone!

Back-to-school Breakfast - August 7
Parents and students are needed to help the Visual Arts Guild provide breakfast to all faculty on Thursday, August 7. We are also accepting monetary donations to offset the cost. See the sign up for details.
